Documents required for Thai students;

• A copy of the student's birth certificate.

• A copy of the student's most recent school report (translated into English, if necessary).

• A copy of the student's Thai ID card.

• A copy of the student's house registration certificate.

• A copy of any medical concerns or allergy information.

Parent's documents required;

• A copy of both parents' Thai ID cards.

• A copy of the house registration certificate.

Documents Required for International Students:

• Passport and visa copies.

• Birth certificate.

• Previous school records/transcripts.

• Residential lease agreement to verify address.

• Medical concern or allergy documentation.

• Two 2-inch color photos.

Parent's Documents Required:

• Passport and visa copies.

• Work Permit copy.

• Two 2-inch color photos of each parent or guardian.
